SILKS

Come fly with us and let your inner child soar! In this mix of yoga, Pilates, acrobatics, and dance you will get a full body workout while suspended in a silk hammock. We flow continuously through the class together. Moves are broken down incrementally for beginners so even first time students will get the full experience of flying in the silks, with more advanced options offered for students who wish to progress to more challenging versions.
