YOGA
We offer many types of yoga in both our heated and non-heated rooms.

Hot Power Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated room which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

Love Set 60 is an intelligently sequenced class in a room set to 95 degrees, with 40% humidity, and inspired by the original 84 postures of the Ghosh Yoga method. Students can expect consistency in class structure as well as instruction for both deepening and modifying, as well as clear precise instruction for entering and exiting poses.

26 & 2 Yoga is a Hatha yoga sequence popularized by Bikram Choudhury, originally known as Bikram Yoga and now often referred to as Hot Yoga. What makes 26 and 2 unique is its consistent structure: 26 specific postures and 2 breathing exercises (pranayama), practiced in the same order every time. By utilizing stretching, the development of strength, a focus on balance, and working every organ, gland, system, and cell, this approach to the body through yoga leaves nothing untouched.
