About the Event
Animal Flow is a movement modality that combines mobility and strength to form a beautiful ground-based exercise. Students will learn how to properly prepare their wrists and hands for grounding exercises, activate various positions, explore form-specific stretches and traveling forms. From there, we will learn switches, transitions, and finally... a flow! This will combine all these modalities. By the end, all participants will be able to create their own flow.
