About the Event
In this workshop, we will dive deeper into the toolbox of inversions: handstand pressing, floating in sun salutations, transitioning in and out of arm balances, and many more drills to take with you to your home practice. Prerequisites: a comfortable crow pose, some experience upside-down, and/or the Level 1 workshop. Come prepared to sweat, smile, and learn something new.
