...then we have the training course for YOU! We are holding a Barre Teacher Training and we want you to be a part of it. Work with the best of the best, April Clendenin, to learn the fundamentals of Barre Fitness, how to format a class, music, cueing, the business of fitness and MORE! The Barre Training will cover/include the following:

• Fundamentals of Barre
• Anatomy
• Body Alignment
• Instructor Fundamentals
• How to Create a class format
• Over 35 exercises
• Terminology
• Two (2) Barre formats for each trainee to teach/use

Our training is extremely hands-on and tailored to each participant. Throughout the course, there are opportunities to team teach, giving each trainee an opportunity to lead sections of the class. Upon completion of this course, graduates will be eligible to become a part of our distinguished team of instructors. (You do not have to have a background in dance to attend this course, but dane experience is a PLUS!)
