Hot Pilates Teacher Training

Each one of our graduating classes has produced successful instructors, both at Evolution Yoga-Coconut Creek and multiple studios around South Florida. The Hot Pilates Training will cover/include the following: • The fundamentals of Hot Pilates and mat Pilates • Anatomy • Instructor fundamentals • How to create a format • Over 44 different types of exercises plus variations of these exercises • 2 Pilates formats for each trainee to teach

Our training is extremely hands-on and tailored to each participant. Each trainee will have multiple opportunities to team-teach. This means that in the classes being taught by the trainers, trainees will be able to teach small sections.
