Each of our graduating classes has produced successful instructors at Evolution Yoga-Coconut Creek and multiple studios around South Florida. The Hot Pilates Training will cover/include the following:
• The fundamentals of Hot Pilates and mat Pilates
• Anatomy
• Instructor fundamentals
• How to create a format
• Over 44 different types of exercises plus variations of these exercises
