About the Event
Welcoming the community to a candlelit evening of meditation and healing led by Rylan Knox, former MSD student and Reiki Master. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works to bring the energy centers throughout your body into harmony by clearing out any stagnant energy. You will be guided into a deep, relaxing meditation and then each participant will receive Reiki from Rylan. This practice is a beautiful way to release emotions and find peace. *Pillows and blankets provided but it is suggested to bring your own
