Close your eyes and melt into your sacred space as you are guided into meditation, immersing your mind, body, and spirit with healing vibrations from Quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a 34” Symphonic gong, chimes, and more.
Everyone is welcome. Bolster and blankets are available for your use. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you will need to find comfort.
