The “LEVEL UP” series is an Advanced Training Program open to students of yoga from all schools, yoga traditions, and levels of practice. It was created for the yoga practitioner that wants to deepen their practice by learning intermediate and advanced methods and techniques taught in yoga teacher training. The emphasis of this training is to offer practitioners methods to improve and advance their personal practice.

Did you know there's a whole science behind going upside down? Want to do it but don't like a group class to "try not to fall on someone." Did you know it has to do with the mind as much as the body? Let's create a safe space where we can learn, laugh and empower one another. Because of the hands-on nature of this class space is limited. Learn primary concepts that relate to all inversions and arm balances. Face your fear with laughter. Already going upside down?! Let's refine it and add some variations to keep your practice fresh and challenged. Leave with: recorded Yoga Nidra session to aid in dispelling fear, pose drills, prep poses for each pose, workouts to make you stronger and knowledge so you can gage and advance your journey.
