"I met Maxine when she was teaching yoga at another studio. I knew when she opened Evolution Yoga that I would have to check it out. And the "LOVE" has had me coming back again and again. I enjoy the variety of classes, friendly staff and uplifting, positive environment. There is something for everyone at Evolution - no matter what fitness level. Thanks to Evolution Yoga, I am physically stronger, have better endurance, and most importantly, Evolution keeps me mentally sane! I absolutely love Stacey's Hot Pilates and Maxine's Hot Power Flow. But I also enjoy Tresa's TRX and Jeannie's Bootcamp. Whatever you are looking for - Evolution has it. I am so grateful for my Evolution Family!"
